Member “My Account” Portal Launch
Members get a self-serve web portal where you can view your membership status, update your information, and manage renewals online.
Beyond Launch
Expanding features and smoother operations. As members begin using the new system, we’ll continue rolling out improvements to streamline check-in, renewals, and communications.

Target launch dates. If anything needs to slip, we’ll post an update here.

What’s Changing for Members

  • One place for your membership. View your status, dues, and renewal date from any device.
  • Faster check-in. A modern check-in flow at the clubhouse that doesn’t require paper lookups.
  • Online renewals. Renew your membership without mailing a form or showing up in person.
  • Better communication. The board will be able to reach members quickly when range updates or event changes come up.
  • Accurate records. A single source of truth for membership data — no more reconciling across spreadsheets.

What members need to do right now: nothing. We’ll email every member with login instructions and next steps as launch approaches. Keep an eye on your inbox and this page for updates.
